Vineyards: 100% McLaren Vale (Bakers Gully)

Aroma: The wine displays an abundance of ripe black fruit such as blackberry and Satsuma plum and is further complexed by hints of dustry dark chocolate, clove, fennel and liquorice.

Palate: The palate is voluptuous, mouth filling and rich with a velvety smooth texture that is packed with a plum pudding like flavour. It is a traditional McLaren Vale old clone vine Shiraz with dusty tannins and hints of pepper.

This Shiraz would benefit from 8 years cellaring.
