Racked directly to barrel after whole-bunch pressing, this wine is the purest expression of TarraWarra Chardonnay. Made without yeast or acid addition, the fruit batches from each block are kept entirely separate in barrel over the 10 months in oak. It is crossflow filtered without fining before bottling at the Estate.
Aromas of white stone fruits reflect the warmer year, the palate balanced between finesse, length and creamy texture. The acid line drives through with a persistent and long finish.
