50/50% chardonnay/pinot noir, all from the Upper Yarra. Six years on lees. 7.5 g/l dosage. A medium onion-skin hue. Mainly red fruits, along with some developed, red florals and gentle vegemite/yeasty notes. Ready to drink, it's round on entry before finishing dry and with quite high acidity.
