This wine is made from a selection of 100% Pinot Gris old vines grown in Wettolsheim and Kientzheim, Alsace. Clear with a pleasant nose. It has beautiful fruity flavors with fresh fruit, mirabelle and pear. The palate is dense and the finish is brillant.
Food matching : Tajine of veal with apricots, pork loin chops with apples and spices, stuffed capon with wild mushrooms, sauted mushrooms and terrines.
