Bright straw yellow, invigorated by a very fine and persistent perlage. Fresh and abundantly fruity nose, with aromas of apples, pear, apricot and pineapple with citrus notes in the finish, tapering into the scent of wild flowers. Well structured: soft but at the same time dry, due to a marked degree of acidity. Harmonious on the palate, with a long lingering finale. Excellent as an aperitif, or with raw fish, clam consommé and shellfish.
