Pale straw with lime and floral scents dominating. Citrusy palate has floral notes while lime adds to the complexity of the wine. Natural acidity, minerality, balance and persistence of flavour make the wine a must with Thai food and other Asian dishes. It will improve with age and last beyond 2025.
Very attractive style, although seems off-dry rather than half-dry, but there is in fact around 30g/l of residual sugar, perfectly balanced by the acidity.
