Vintage 2016 was simply spectacular in Tasmania. Ideal growing conditions provided the platform to grow fruit that was of excellent quality, with perfect balance between flavour and physiological ripeness.
This cool climate Pinot Noir has a generous cherry and spice nose and an intense palate of dark and red cherries, blue fruits and hints of raspberry, supported by fine grained tannins. Enjoyable now, this wine may also be confidentially cellared.
