2016 Burklin-Wolf Goldbachel P.C. Riesling is a very sophisticated wine. Delicate whiffs of lemon verbena & basil. Grapefruit and soft kaffir-lime is pulled together, with a slight blast of wet stone and aclean finish. Would work well with spicy noodle dishes.
