15 hectares of AOC Sancerre Blanc planted with Sauvignon Blanc grapes, 5 hectares of AOC Sancerre Rouge and Rosé planted with Pinot Noir, and 3.25 hectares of AOC Pouilly-Fumé planted with Sauvignon Blanc grapes in the commune of Pouilly-sur-Loire.
This Pouilly-Fumé is made exclusively with Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown on the hillside of Pouilly-sur-Loire, in a very fine vineyard with a surface area of over 3 hectares. "Clos des Criots" boasts straw yellow colour with golden highlights. It features an intense, floral (broom, acacia) complex nose.
