This is a very smart riesling with exceptional focus, length and purity, the key its chalky acidity permeating bitter lemon fruit, leaving the mouth asking for more asap. The National Cool Climate Wine Show isn't a major show (three trophies), and the Highland Wine Show (gold medal) even less so, but the success of the wine was fully deserved.
