Reduction, wood and residual malolactic fermentation aromas presently dominate the underlying fruit though there is good freshness and verve to the intense, rich and stony medium weight flavours that offer fine length but limited depth, at least today. Drink 2026+.

Bright light yellow. Vibrant scents of lime zest and stone. Juicy and rather tight on the palate; not a fleshy wine but pure, aromatic and penetrating, showing lovely energy and lift to its lime and orange zest fruit. Finishes sappy and firm but a bit youthfully edgy. Erwan Faiveley noted that the yield here may have been four times as high as that of the village Meursault.
