Pale golden-tinged straw. Apple and pear on the perfumed nose. Light and lively but flavorful, with sneaky concentration and precision to the orchard fruit and fresh herb flavors. A lovely entry-level Soave that shows just how good this wine can be when it’s not reduced to a Sauvignon Blanc look-alike.
Vivid straw yellow. Delicious aromas of herbs, lime, almond kernel and jasmine. Bright, dense and juicy with a glyceral but vibrant mouthfeel and very pure flavours of green apple, pear and white peach. Finishes long and mineral.
