RS6. A wine that plays the medium-sweet Germanic card far better than most. Bountiful notes of Rose's lime cordial, candied grapefruit rind and a whiff of peach and ginger spice, are sluiced by crunchy natural acidity. Despite 60g/l of residual sugar analytically, the wine is far from cloying as Tasmania's cool climate riff of acid brushes the sugar from the teeth and gums, conferring a sense of harmony and dainty poise.
