So firm it's almost crunchy. It's all graphite and dark earth, blackberry and crushed cloves. Asphalt too. And peppercorns. It has brood, it has depth, it smokes its way through your mouth, but there are redcurrant notes too; it's not all shade, there's light too. Herb-strewn tannin takes the general theme here and runs with it.
