100% Barossa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, matured 24 moths in new American and French oak barrels. Medium garnet coloured. A rich nose of blackcurrant with hints of vanilla, spice and cedar. The palate is warm & inviting with loads of character, dark berries, kirsch liquor, choc-mint and herbal undertones. Seamless in its structure, this wine will age gracefully for a decade or two.
