Tasting notes by Huon Hooke: ‘Light salmon-pink colour; the bouquet is savoury and developed, with some barrel-fermented hints and a touch of smoked charcuterie. A complex rosé with layers of aroma and flavour that would never bore. There's a touch of richness and yet the wine is light on its feet and very refreshing. It's dry and clean on the aftertaste. An exemplary rosé style for Australia. 95/100’
