From the estate Littlehampton Vineyard at 710m, hand-picked, whole bunch-pressed, wild-fermented in hogsheads, 8 months on lees. Gives context and texture to a wine usually made without any thought. The texture alone would make the wine worth another look, but it has another dimension of flavour - pear skins - above the ruck. Good length no surprise.
