Pale lemon-yellow colour. Bright and fresh aromas of lemon sherbet, baking sourdough and oyster brine. Palate is very vibrant and fresh, remarkably so at nine years of age. There's ample apple and citrus fruit with an underlying strawberry note as the primary drivers. As it flows with a super-fine bead lifting it, some nutty and toasty secondary characters appear. Swift Vintage Cuvée is an elegant sparkling wine from Orange, New South Wales, crafted by Printhie Wines. The high-altitude vineyards of Orange, situated at over 1,000 meters above sea level, provide the perfect conditions for growing Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the classic varietals used in traditional method sparkling wine production.

The Swift Vintage Cuvée is made using méthode traditionnelle, ensuring the highest quality and refinement. The grapes are hand-harvested to preserve their delicacy and balance, and the base wine undergoes primary fermentation in stainless steel to retain purity and freshness. Secondary fermentation occurs in bottle, followed by extended aging on lees for a minimum of five years. This prolonged aging imparts depth, complexity, and a fine, persistent mousse to the wine.

In the glass, Swift Vintage Cuvée shines with a pale golden hue and lively streams of fine bubbles.
