This is a simply gorgeous wine with that rare mix of power and grace. Intense dark cherry flavours accented by pink peppercorn spice. The palate is beautifully intense with flavours that channel through the length of the wine. I adore the intensity of the fruit and the suppleness of the palate. It is a stunning example of a cool-climate shiraz made from mature vines, and I expect it will age gracefully 01 SEP 2018
