While undeniably showcasing Heathcote fruit with its bright aromas of earth, Middle Eastern spices and bay leaves, this is quite a plush style. Plenty of hoisin, soy sauce, ripe and rich flavours but not too much, it's not overwhelming as the palate is fairly buoyant.
