Dijon clones 76, 95 and 96 and Gin Gin clone, chilled overnight, whole-bunch pressed, fermented in French oak (36% new), 25% mlf, matured for 11 months. The greatest fruit weight and mouthfeel of the Voyager Chardonnays to its complex array of white peach, nectarine and cashew/oak surroundings.

The nose is more in the spectrum of peach pit but also displaying aromas of yellow apples, dried apricots, cloves, vanilla and cream. Medium to full body, lovely fleshy stone fruit and a bright line of acidity throughout. A round finish that really sings with verve.
