Bimbadgen keeps things pretty simple in its winemaking approach to semillon: crushed, destemmed, cool fermentation in stainless steel with neutral yeast. It's less-is-more winemaking that results in a purity of flavour profile, of classic lemon drops, apple, pear skin and quince and super bright acid cut. It's everything you need.
