Bright medium yellow. Tangy orange peel on the nose. In a fruity, nicely focused style with good density and framing acidity to its soft citrus flavours, that are rounded out with some fleshy quince and golden delicious apple. Serve with a creamy chicken pot pie.
'The 2017 Chablis has a fresh, rather austere and malic bouquet with Granny Smith apple and light nettle aromas. The palate is fresh on the entry with a fine bead of acidity, nicely balanced with a poised and quite saline finish. Drink 2020-2024.’
