A textural feast, lightly chalky and drizzled-on-tongue minerally, incredibly complex and fresh at the same time. Lemon curd, tight, green apple, tight, a looser flow and roll of salted peanut and creamy yeasty character bundled into the core. Wow, this has so much going on, so much presence, personality.
