Lifted and fragrant with an abundance of limes, Nashi pears, white peaches and baby pineapples. Heightened with notes of jasmine, frangipani and lemon blossom. Nuances of nougat, cashew and toasted almonds combine with brioche, brulee and mealy notes lying beneath.
Light yellow-straw colour, with a bouquet of subtle nectarine and an undertone of grapefruit, the palate echoing these flavours and finishing very crisp and dry. It's quite regional but tighter than expected. The palate has very good line, length and refinement. The finish is clean, dry and refreshing.22 DEC 2018
