Located in the south of the Maconnais, the vineyards of Pouilly-Fuissé occupy the slopes and the base of the rocks of Solutré and Vergisson.
Nice deep pale yellow in colour with golden hues. The nose offers white peach and lime tree aromas.The palate is round with a nice finesse and a light oakyness. A powerful and tonic finish. Drink within 4 years
Perfect with noble seafood but also with foie gras and white meats with a creamy sauce (veal or poultry). Sushi pairs perfectly with its minerality. Ideal with Goats cheese.
