Winemaker notes: The Ridgeside Winery Icewine Vindal is golden in colour, aroma and taste. Very fragrant nose of peach, apricot and orange marmalade with overtones of spice especially cinnamon and nutmeg. A rich, full, lush, honeyed palate is alive with tropical fruits of mango, fig and papaya with the acidity keeping it elegant. A full, clean, fresh finish is extensively long with orange zest and many other tropical fruits. Simply decadent.
