One of the seriously good Australian rose's. Rosy nosy style with turkish delight, preserved lemon a whack of lemon. A wash of blood orange and lemon curd fruit, is mixed in with some steely lime undertone. One glass is not enough. I'd give it a go with char-grilled salmon, with a spicy peanut, cucumber, carrot salad.
