From three vineyards across McLaren Vale, two in Blewitt Springs, carefully destemmed to retain as much whole berries as possible. This is a truly exciting wine, with its zesty, spicy red cherries and plums drawing saliva from the mouth. Trophy Sydney Wine Show '18.

2017 Serafino Reserve Grenache is medium red colour with purple hues. Aged in a combination of 8 to 12 year old French and American hogsheads, it displays perfumes of forest berries, cherries, plums and spice. Palate is medium-bodied, with a long even bright palate. This brightness is super silky with spice, violets and plums. A fruit forward style with beautiful complexity. Best savoured with your favourite dish or simply a lovely pork belly.
Enjoy early when bright and vibrant, or cellar up to 2025.
