2017 Stella Bella Sauvignon Blanc, Margaret River

Cooler temperatures and some unusual rainfall required diligent viticulture to ensure the fruit was in perfect condition. 

This resulted in the development of ripe flavours at low sugar levels and high natural acidity in Sauvignon Blanc, providing the perfect balance to create an aromatic and precise wine.

2017 Stella Bella is pale straw with green hues. 50% barrel fermented and 2 months maturation in old oak barrels has delivered an explosion of passionfruit, guava, lime pith and grapefruit with a subtle savoury nuttiness and flint character from barrel the barrel ferment. 

Perfect balance of explosive varietal perfume, complex flavours, palate texture and refreshing natural acidity.

Clean green fruit, married with snow peas, guava and  kaffir  lime. Very pleasant, French style of sauvignon blanc. serve with smoked salmon quiche.
