2017 Stella Bella is pale straw with green hues. 50% barrel fermented and 2 months maturation in old oak barrels has delivered an explosion of passionfruit, guava, lime pith and grapefruit with a subtle savoury nuttiness and flint character from barrel the barrel ferment.

Clean green fruit, married with snow peas, guava and kaffir lime. Very pleasant, French style of sauvignon blanc. serve with smoked salmon quiche.
