A long-time champion of marsanne, Tahbilk celebrates both its youthful energy and its aged beauty across a range of wines. Here we see the latter in all of its near-ageless allure, maintaining the honeysuckle, citrus, appley brightness of its youth while starting to build on its earlier promise of beeswax smooth texture with a developing gentle toastiness. Another stunning museum release. It's hard to believe it's six years old.
