This is a selection of fruit from vines averaging 50 years old, the parcels scattered throughout the villages of Fuissé, SolutréPouilly, Vergisson and Chaintré. It fermented spontaneously in 500-liter oak casks (10 percent new) then aged on the fine lees for 14 months, effectively integrating the wine’s precise flavors in a clean, simple line. Fresh green apple scents highlight the deeper, resonant tones of the fruit, but it’s the texture that makes a lasting impression, firm and detailed in its lusciousness.

From vines planted in 1965 around the village of Soluté-Pouilly, Vergisson and Chaintré.
A delicate and distinguished fine wine, green-gold in color. The local soil favorsharmonious development of the Chardonnay aromas with notes of citrus, hazelnut, toasted almond and mineral notes. Complex and luscious.
Pairs well with apertifs, seafood, fish and white meats.
