This address deserves more attention. A striking wine!. Despite coming from a relatively warm place in the grand scheme of things, this rich red manages to encapsulate an ethereal, gentle and virtual medium-bodied gait. It embraces ripe fruit endowed by place, without under-extracting and relying on oak, as is too often the typeset. Conversely, blueberry, anise, tapenade, iodine and a morass of violet scents flow across a beam of gentle tannic detail and bright peppery acidity. Nothing forced. Nothing sloppy. Nothing reductive-hard. A wondrous flow of length, precision and honesty. A testament to dry-grown, abstemious yielding fruit; minimal messing about and savvy use of whole cluster. Damn!
