2017 Yealands Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc, Awatere Valley is a clean, bright wine. Tropical fruits are layered with clean citrus undertones. A restrained and well behaved Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Fish and chips with a good mayonnaise, will bring out it's elegant side.
