2018 Bleasdale Frank Potts Cabernet Blend, Langhorne Creek

This wine is layered and complex with red berry and darker fruit aromas. These characters continue on to the palate, with fruit layers supported by fine oak tannins and lively berry persistence. Bottled without filtration, it is normal for some sediment to form; decanting one to two hours prior to drinking is recommended.

The aromas soar with violets, blackberries and exotic spices although the medium-bodied palate is somewhat reticent. Tannins are neatly poised although there's a slight green-walnut edge to the oak; this has already found its groove.
