Deep, brightly youthful purple/red colour. The bouquet is similarly bright and fresh, jumping out of the glass with lively raspberry and red cherry aromas. Very soft, fine tannins. A fruit-driven wine with very good intensity, vitality and harmony. It seems to be developing slowly and should age very well. 18 NOV 2021

Hand picked; 30% whole bunches; partial wild fermented; matured 9 months in 38% new 1–3yo French oak barrels. The child of a dry season, there is considerable presence and concentration on display here. Juicy black fruits of all kinds, black pastilles and anise are backed by toasty French oak and fine, drying, understated tannins. A generous Reserve to drink young.
