The Muna Road vineyard is separated into two distinctt terraces, with Pinot Noir drown on the rocky, clay-infused soils of the upper terrace. Grapes asre fermented in a combination of French oak cuves and open-top stainles steel tanks using indigenous yeast. The wine is aged in French oak barriques, of which about 25% are new.
