2018 was one of the great vintages for Wilyabrup and Cullen Wines. The balanced crops and weather produced perfectly ripened grapes which turned into vinous heaven for the wine drinker! Low yields and concentration also are a mark of this harvest.
This Petillant naturel was hand bottled in August 2018. It is the most natural wine in our 100% portfolio of natural wines and has no additions made to the wine.
Red, rust, rose.Perfumed rose, plum cassis with a hint of earth. Fine bubbles, fruit, earth and flowers. Lots of flavour and a dash of Petillant natural funk. Drink now to 10 years. White chocolate mousse with watermelon granita.
This beautifully moreish sparkling wine is a blend of juice pressed from all the red varieties in the Cullen vineyards (cabernet, merlot, malbec, etc), made and bottled without any additions (no yeast, sulphur, etc). Bright, tangy, gluggable and fun, but with depth and weight enough to match bold, spicy food. $50
