Typical white wine vinification techniques, in stainless steel tanks, under controlled temperature. The wine is aged for 9 months on the lees.
Yellow, with golden hues. Aromatic, with hints of tropical fruit, flower blossom and herbs. Delightful, with plenty aromas. In the after-taste, minerality is evident, as a result of Santorini unique terroir.
Drink it with Fish and other sea-food,as well as salads, white meats, risotto, light cheese and fruit.
