Seven clones of pinot noir as a starting point. Wild yeast, 100% whole berries, 25% new oak, three different coopers. Poached strawberries, Turkish delight, red cherry and fistfuls of meaty spice. It has personality and difference within a taut, disciplined frame. It gives up plenty, even this young, but everything suggests there are more delights tucked into its flamboyant sleeves.
