Very light, bright colour. The aromas are fragrant and steely, mineral and slaty with a malty, almond-like overtone, which is almost Germanic. The same flavours come through on the palate; a kind of tealeafy note as well. It’s delicate and refined. An unusual and very attractive young riesling. 19 MAR 2019
