Gembrook Hill’s vineyard sits at an elevation of 420 meters, benefiting from the cool conditions and volcanic soils of the region. These factors allow the Chardonnay grapes to develop vibrant acidity and delicate flavors, which are essential for producing high-quality sparkling wine.

The Blanc de Blancs is made in the traditional méthode champenoise, with secondary fermentation in the bottle and extended aging on lees. This process enhances the wine’s complexity, texture, and fine mousse.
