Immediately recognizable as a highly typical Emily’s Paddock. From its depth of colour and individual, perfumed, minty nose, across its full spicy palate, beautifully balanced yet powerful grape and French oak derived chalky tannins to its extremely long, natural acid finish. Great longevity. Very proud of this one! 14.5% alc/vol
There is only 5% cabernet franc, but it is open to Jasper Hill to disclose it on the front label. It is a finely balanced wine with polished tannins and clearly expressed shiraz varietal character.
