A very delicate and detailed nose with grapevine blossom aromas and pure notes of lemon and lime. The palate is incredibly tight, with excellent line which heightens the lemony flavours. Bright, light to mid-yellow colour, with a generous dried herb bouquet, thyme and oregano; the palate also precise and refined, crisp and dry and yet well endowed with fruit. The palate is deep in lush fruit flavour, marvellously ample yet refined and tense at the same moment. The balance is superb, the finish clean and dry.
