30 year old vines here, vineyard adjacent to 1er cru Gouttes d’Or. Hazelnut cream, apricot kernel, white stonefruit and pear, a cooling layer of peppermint, and light biscuity oak. Tasty fresh pineapple flavour, fine cool acidity, light chalky feel, and so smooth and long, but has energy and finesse. Crunch and freshness on the finish. Lovely.
