White golden colour. Wet crushed stones and mineral to start, then the tight aromatic nose combines with grapefruit and lemon rind aromas.
The palate is all lean and tightly wound citrus fruit at the moment with high energy and super fine tannins.
Hints of smoke on the very elegant finish and while this has spent 6 months in oak there is no influence apparent at this stage.
