A rich skein of sweet buttercream lends volume and warmth to this sunny, citrusy Chablis. Sourced from some of Gautheron's oldest vines, it's a concentrated yet sharply cut white with a reverberating chalky finish. Delicious already, the wine should improve through 2035 and hold further.

This Chablis is made from vines 15 to 55 years old grown on north and northeasterly aspects. Displays pure floral notes, which give way to peach and apricot, dry citronella and a touch of fresh butter. On the palate, this wine is a balance between liveliness, maturity and mellowness. Elegance and fresh richness leads to supple roundness.
