Under Justin Purser's guidance, pinot noir constantly excels and morphs beautifully. This crackles with pleasure and the 50% whole bunches in the fermentation add sapidity as much as stemmy, albeit ripe, flavours. Cherries and pips, star anise and menthol, a palate that's light and bright with supple tannins and tangy citrussy acidity. Absurdly priced as in a bargain.
