A more fragrant and perfumed wine than the excellent 2019. It also reveals a slightly firmer spine of chalky tannin and oak. Super saturated fruit intensity from this excellent vintage provides a palate coating textural feel. Hugely concentrated and immensely powerful palate is expertly controlled to a sustained finish. A wine that will evolve over many years
98 points Ray Jordan WA Wine ReviewA blend of 68/20/12% cabernet sauvigno/shiraz/malbec. A beautiful perfume laden with floral elements, violets and lavender, with dark cherry, faint game meat, milk chocolate and brined green olive notes in tow. Succulent in the palate, lithe and refreshing with a web of fine tannin and a sluice of saline, briny minerally acidity amongst choc-berry, ripe plum and clove spice. Feels not quite bound together yet, loose-knit is the phrase, but in all that a tour de force of quality fruit, fine tannin profile and a sense of vitality and high drinkability. Better to come, but on a high bench now.

68% Cabernet Sauvignon 20% Shiraz 12% Malbec
The purity of Cabernet fruit expression shines through with the Shiraz bringing an earthy spiciness and mid-palate richness, with its plush tannins playing a supportive role to the layered Cabernet backbone. The Malbec from this year was particularly good, providing a tannin and colour boost; helping to accentuate the vibrant varietal characters. It is a wine that provides an eclectic mix of complexity and fruit power with each mouthful. This powerfully structured, well balanced wine will age well over the next 10-15 years.
