2019 Ciabot Berton Barolo DOCG, Piedmont

Ciabot Berton, a family-owned winery in La Morra, Piedmont, has been producing Barolo wines for generations. Their Barolo DOCG is crafted from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, sourced from vineyards in the La Morra commune, known for producing elegant and aromatic Barolos. The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in large Slavonian oak casks for approximately two years, allowing the wine to develop complexity while preserving the delicate fruit characteristics.
